This page explains the shipping, cancellation, replacement, and return policies for physical products purchased directly from Canvas Temple Publishing.

United States Shipping Only

Canvas Temple Publishing currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept or fulfill international orders through this website.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The available shipping service and applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your customer account. Please make sure that your email and shipping address are correct before completing an order.

Processing Times

Stocked books, boxed games, and other ready-to-ship products normally ship within 5 to 7 business days after payment is completed.

3D-printed terrain is produced or prepared in small batches and may require additional processing time. Terrain orders normally ship within 15 to 20 business days after payment is completed unless a different estimate appears on the product page.

Orders containing both stocked products and made-to-order terrain may be held and shipped together after the terrain is ready. Canvas Temple may instead divide an order into separate shipments when appropriate.

Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or days on which USPS service is unavailable.

Delivery Estimates

USPS delivery dates and tracking estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless the selected USPS service expressly provides a guarantee.

Canvas Temple is not responsible for delays caused by USPS operations, severe weather, emergencies, natural disasters, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will nevertheless assist customers with legitimate lost, delayed, or damaged-shipment problems.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review the address carefully before submitting an order.

If you discover an address error before shipment, contact us immediately through the Contact Us form. We will make a reasonable effort to correct the address, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders for stocked books, boxed games, and other non-terrain products may be cancelled before shipment. A cancellation request is not complete until it has been received and confirmed by Canvas Temple.

Orders for 3D-printed terrain may not be cancelled after the order is placed. Terrain production or preparation may begin shortly after payment, and materials and production capacity may be committed specifically to the order.

If Canvas Temple cannot ship an order within the stated or legally required period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

No General Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Canvas Temple does not accept returns or exchanges because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, no longer wants an item, or decides after delivery that the product is not suitable for their intended use.

This no-return policy applies to books, boxed games, supplements, and 3D-printed terrain.

3D-Printed Products

Minor layer lines, support marks, texture differences, color variations, and other characteristics inherent to 3D printing are normal and are not considered damage or defects.

Customers should review the product description, dimensions, scale, material, finish, contents, and assembly information before placing a terrain order.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products

Canvas Temple will replace a product or component that:

• Arrives materially damaged;
• Is materially defective;
• Is not the product that was ordered; or
• Is missing parts or components that should have been included.

Please report the problem promptly through the Contact Us form. Include your name, order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product and shipping package when reasonably possible.

Please retain the product, packaging, mailing label, and damaged contents until the matter has been resolved. These materials may be needed to document shipping damage or support a USPS claim.

Canvas Temple may replace only the damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item or component rather than replacing the entire order. If replacement is not reasonably possible, we will provide another appropriate remedy.

Damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper storage, modification, painting, assembly, accident, or ordinary wear is not eligible for replacement.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If USPS tracking indicates that a package is delayed, missing, or delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and any notice left by USPS.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us through the Contact Us form with your name, order number, and tracking information. We will review the shipment and, when appropriate, begin an inquiry or claim with USPS.

A package will not be treated as permanently lost merely because it arrives later than an estimated delivery date. Replacement or another remedy will be considered after the applicable USPS search or claim process and the circumstances of the order have been reviewed.

Downloadable STL Products

Downloadable STL products are digital files and are not shipped through USPS. No physical model, miniature, terrain piece, storage medium, or printed product will be sent unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.

Because access to a digital file cannot ordinarily be returned, STL purchases are final and nonrefundable after the download has been made available. If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, materially defective, or substantially different from the product description, please contact Canvas Temple through the Contact Us form. We will make a reasonable effort to correct or replace the file.

Customers are responsible for confirming before purchase that they have suitable slicing software, equipment, materials, and technical knowledge to use the files. Printing results may vary according to printer type, calibration, resin or filament, slicer settings, orientation, supports, environment, and operator experience.

STL downloads are sold only to customers located in the United States. A United States customer account and billing address are required. Canvas Temple does not accept digital-product orders from customers outside the United States.

Purchases Made Elsewhere

This policy applies only to physical products purchased directly through canvastemple.com.

Digital editions purchased through Wargame Vault are governed by Wargame Vault’s ordering, delivery, and customer-service policies. Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace must normally be addressed through the seller from whom the purchase was made.
